One of the main reason we love InovoIT’s coaches is that they are former MSP executives who have run highly successful MSPs. They come the unique industry specific expertise to the MSPs they coach. When we engaged InovoIT, the executive coaches started by performing a deep dive assessment of our business from a vision, people, process and technology standpoint. They developed a multi-phased alignment plan for us. The coaches started by helping us clarify our strategic goals. Through a series of strategic planning sessions, we reworked our company purpose, strategic mission, vision, core values and vivid description and aligned them to our goals. We created a 5year financial mission and put together a tactical plan for achieving this mission. We implemented budgeting and started running the business based on financial and operation metrics, a discipline we did not have before. During our monthly strategic meeting sessions, we have developed a cadence of reviewing current financial results and projections using those the numbers to make decisions. They have also helped us identify and are adding other Lines of Businesses to provide more service to our clients, provide more career opportunities for our team and take us closer to our business goals.

 

We quickly determined that we needed to develop more leaders and grow our people. Through InovoIT’s advice, we selected a core team of leaders and have been grooming and coaching them. From a culture standpoint, InovoIT has provided strategies and guidance to boost our company culture and engagement. We have implemented language and communication fundamentals making our team communicate better and reduce communication breakdowns in the company.

 

Operationally, InovoIT’s guidance has provided a more mature service tour clients. By driving standards and Qualified IT plans, we are continuing to create expected IT results and controls at our clients’ environment

 

From a cybersecurity standpoint, through InovoIT’s coaching and hand-holding, we are developing a best-in-class MSSP Line of Business based on NIST and ISO standards. We have started onboarding MSSP clients through a series of Security Maturity Level assessments. The assessments have educated our clients on the impact of InfoSec to their business, helped them understand their Infosec maturity levels and as a result several are on an Information Security maturity.
